Eandis (www.eandis.be) provides the Belgian netmanagement of electricity and natural gas.

The office building is the administrative nerve center of EANDIS and provides accommodation for 650 people.

It has an open structure with landscape offices that creates mutual accessibility for the employees. The modular spaces allow a flexible use and provide the opportunity to evolve in proportion to its needs.

Technically, the combination heat pump and BTES are connected to the ventilation system and provide heating and cooling to the air handling units, the warm and cold beams in the ceiling and the underfloor heating/cooling.

Other energy saving applications are lighting control based on luminous intensity, attendance detection, thorough insulation and heat resistant, solar reflective, high efficiency glazing.

The office is in use since april 2008.
